zoned heating, no pets.
Deck, walk down to sugar sand beach 300
feet in front of cottage, lawn and gardens behind and woods behind that,
shared driveway (with next door neighbor (family). You have your own
private beach and picnic table. Swim right in front of the cottage in
beautiful Lake Michigan. Tennis available in town (1 mile away).
Woods behind the cottage back up to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park,
groomed trails.
Sleeping Bear Dune Hill Climb (3 miles away), Scenic Drive (5 miles
away), galleries, shops, charter fishing (Captain Bob lives next door!).
Canoe the Crystal River, walk to Boonedocks for an ice cream cone in the
evening and enjoy the band on their outdoor deck, or build a beach fire
and have smores at home.
Additional swimming at surrounding inland lakes and rivers, Leland 16
miles north, 28 miles from Traverse City, just off scenic M-22,
wineries, more, more more!!!!!!!!

Memorial Day weekend: $400/night**
* Plus $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit. Terms for weekly
renters: 50% with reservation, two additional payments of 25% each.
** Plus $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit. Terms for weekend
renters: 50% with reservation, the remaining 30 days before arrival.
