bedroom, DVD/VCR, phone with answering device (30 free calls per month),
air conditioned/heated, ceiling fans and smoke detector. Starter items
provided and replacement not required, paper towels, dish and hand
liquid, napkins, scouring pad, salt and pepper, toilet paper, kleenex,
two full bars of soap, shower spray and toilet bowl cleaner. Use any one
of the three laundromats and as guest of the complex you are welcome to
join in all activates at the clubhouse and pool area.
Two outdoor heated pools, tennis court, three
Laundromats, assigned parking, twenty-four hour secured electronic
system, clubhouse with numerous activities. Within walking
distance, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store and
more. Access to public transportation located near complex
entrance. For medical emergency two medical call box telephones are
mounted around the complex, phone are connected directly to 911 and
used for medical emergency only.
Ten minutes to the Gulf beach, John's Pass and boardwalk
with restaurants, shopping, casino cruise's, sightseeing, the adventures
are endless. For sports visit Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium,
Leagues Field and Ice Palace. Tampa is home to Busch Garden with a
forty-five minute drive, Orlando, home to Disney is approximately an
hour and half drive.
Tampa International is twenty/thirty minutes with St.
Petersburg/Clearwater International only fifteen/twenty minutes. TPI
ranked seventh best airport in the world.
