condo vacation apartment in a direct Gulf front high-rise on Florida's
breathtaking white sandy beach. Inspiring 7th floor view of intercoastal waterway and million dollar homes.
Building features
a large heated swimming pool, picnic tables and charcoal grills right
next to the beach.
Ride the trolley to Clearwater, John's Pass, the
Sea Bird Sanctuary and other beachfront attractions.
Watch your
home town team take on the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (baseball) or the
Buccaneers (football), or the Lightning (hockey).
You can see Tropicanna
Field baseball stadium from the window of the condo. Visit Busch
Gardens, Disney and other attractions, or go retro and enjoy old Florida
such as Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Sunken Gardens, Ted Peters Smoked
Mullet Restaurant and the Gambel Mansion.
Pick up the local book
"One Tank Trips" and see as many of the nearby old Florida attractions
you can. It would take a lifetime to see them all.
Studio apartment, Sony flat screen TV,
DVD, stove, microwave, dishwasher, on site laundry. Sleeping
accommodations include a double day bed with comfortable mattresses,
double sofa bed. Also available for temporary use are two cots.
Association rules allow two long term guests. Additional temporary
guests are allowed if immediate family.
