Paved parking underneath house with space for five cars. No block on
phone, with free local calls. $0.25 charge for surrounding towns: ie:
Panama City etc., and long distance at owner's rate (about .04 per
minute, plus taxes), Charges for calls will be withheld from deposit.
There
are two boardwalks (one on each side) leading over the dunes to the
beach.
Close
to good fishing, surfing, snorkeling, restaurants and affordable golf at
nearby St. Joseph's Bay Country Club. Horseback riding is available a
very short distance away. Nearest town ten miles away with supermarket,
drug store and shops with all the necessities, plus good restaurants.
The Indian Pass Rawbar, nationally known for oysters and uniqueness of
the place is two miles away.

Nightly rental: $150/night with 3 night minimum.
Special: April 9 - April
15 - 6 nights---$500
* All rates plus 10.5% tax
* Deposit: $250 to confirm reservation to be refunded
if the house is left in good condition. No phone
charges.
