The condo has a master bedroom with master bath, and both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The vacation condo has a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes and culinary ware. There is a washer and dryer to help bring the convenience of home to the traveler. Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided.

Amenities in The Springs include a large heated pool, tennis, and a clubhouse with fitness room.

It is in a great location close to beaches, golf, shopping, tourist attractions, dining and Sanibel Island.
