This attractive Clearlake waterfront home has its own private dock situated just outside the back patio door with mooring facilities for two 22 ft. boats. If you don't own a boat there are several boat rental businesses in the area that offer rentals of speed boats, jet skis, patio boats, row boats and outboard motors. The house is completely furnished in a nautical motif with every conceivable modern convenience.

It has a two car garage and a parking area across the street for boat trailers or recreational vehicles. Trophy-size, largemouth black bass and giant catfish are caught by anglers from this beautiful large lake each year. Clearlake is one of the few California lakes where night boating is safe and legal!

Amenities Inside

Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, ice-maker, utensils etc., air conditioning, TV, VCR, stereo, tape player, radio, phone, fireplace, washer/dryer, water filter, lake view.

* The owners provide linens, towels and limited house cleaning service with the rental. Renters are required to do their own kitchen cleaning on the last day for a full deposit refund.

* A maximum of 2 pets may be allowed with an additional rent and deposit.

Weekend or 2 night - $399 + City taxes

Each Addl Night - Add $129 + City Taxes

* 7 night minimum June through August - $899 +tax

* All national holidays have a 3 day min rate - $528 + tax

* We are currently offering discount rental rates from Oct 25 to Feb 28th.

* $15 + tax per pet/per night

* Reservation/Security Deposit - $300
