Oahu Monthly Rentals Club

Some of the owners of our Oahu Vacation Rentals have chosen to limit their rentals to month by month, instead of nightly or weekly rentals. 
There are many retired seniors who have had long working careers and are looking for an affordable Hawaii rental so they will be able to spend at least part of the winter in beautiful Oahu.  Of course winter is the high season in Hawaii, which makes the nightly and weekly rates too costly for some retired people who are trying to survive on their pensions.
It is with this in mind that Oahu property owners, may consider joining our Oahu Monthly Vacation Rentals Club.  There are many advantages to renting month by month.  An obvious one is that traffic in and out of your rental is reduced.  Also retired people wishing an extended vacation are usually quiet and go about a daily routine, more like residents than those on a short term vacation.  Because of this they are less likely to make a noise that might upset the neighbors.
You as an owner will have more chance to screen renters coming in for longer stays and you will more than likely build up a cliental of reliable renters who will come back year after year.  This takes away a lot of the worry and stress that renting your home on a short term basis can sometimes bring.
