Private heated pool, purified tap
water, on-site cook available for hire, daily maid services is included,
well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, DVD library, MP3 player with
iPod docking station, air conditioning, laundry service for nominal fee
of $5.00 per load, modern and spotless bathrooms (5), all linens
provided.
In addition to the private pool in the
villa, La Punta has its own private Beach Club, which includes a large
pool, gym, and beautiful white sand beach, where you can swim, snorkel,
and laze the day away under the shade of a palapa. Feel free to take
the cooler provided in the villa to the beach filled with picnic goodies
and drinks. La Punta also has a tennis facility with 4 lit courts and a
full time pro, as well as a chipping and putting green.
Close to: beach (5 blocks), excellent
cafes, shopping, grocery stores, ATM machines, all within a 10 minute
drive, 3 world-class courses within a 10 to 60 minute drive.

*Rate would work out to $83 per night per person, based on 6 person
occupancy.
NOTE: Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy. Beyond that there is a
$25 per person per night fee up to a maximum of 8 people, which applies
to people of any age, including children.
