A deposit of 30% of your total is required to secure your dates. The
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
An additional security deposit of $300.00 dollars will be required
before occupancy. After inspection of the property, that money will
be return to you via US mail no later than a week after your last
day in our house.
Cancellations must be made 31 days prior to arrival date to receive
a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than
31 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless the
home is re-booked for the same period.
We have included taxes in our rental rates.
