600 USD for rentals of 1 week
1,000 USD for rentals of 2 or more weeks.
Security Deposit check requested. Returned back after the end of the
stay, provided the condominium is in good condition.
Reservation :
50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation, balance
required at the latest 30 days before arrival; except high season,
X-mas, New Year's Eve and Easter Weeks when full payment is required
45 days before arrival.
