The building has amenities like

convenience store across the street to your left which is connected to a
Subway Sandwich Franchise. Your parking stall is included and located
right in front of the unit.
The area (Hauula) is on the opposite
side of the island from the airport and Waikiki. About 45 minutes to an
hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center (about a
10 min. drive). The city bus line picks up directly in front of the
unit. Sunset Beach is about 15 minutes away.
Baywatch Hawaii was filmed about 25 minutes away in Haleiwa and North
Shore on FOX was filmed 20 minutes away in the same direction. "Lost" is
presently filming in Waialua past Haleiwa. Foodland Supermarket is a
major chain in Hawaii and has one ten minutes away.
