Maui Sands 701 is a one-bedroom,
one-bathroom West Maui Beachfront vacation condo with a king bed in
the bedroom and a sofa bed that makes into a queen sleeper in the
living room. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom
and several banks of louvered windows, as well as two screened lanai
doors for cross breezes. There is optional air conditioning should
you feel you need it. The condo kitchen is fully equipped. There's
a CD player, TV, DVD player, microwave... and beach towels are
provided. You'll find that this lovely Maui vacation rental has
all the comforts of home!!! There is an assigned parking space
right beside the sidewalk going to the unit.

From the front room/dining area, kitchen and front and side lanais
the islands of Molokai and Lanai stretch out in all their splendor.
You have unobstructed ocean views and a front row seat for whale
watching (Nov - April)
Kaanapali and Kapalua for golf,
shops, restaurants and hotels are both approx. 3 min. away (north
and south) by car. Star Market is walking distance for groceries and
there are restaurants & other shops in the Honokowai Shopping Center
nearby.
The condo kitchen is fully equipped.
There's a CD player, TV, DVD player, microwave... and beach towels are
provided. Laundry facilities just a few steps away. All new
washers/dryers.
