The main house has a fully equipped
kitchen, cable TV, stereo, air conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans
throughout the villa, a 15 x 30 ft. private dining covered patio seating
up to 12 people and 6 day maid service.
The studios have a mini kitchen consisting of undercounter refrigerator,
single or double cooktop, microwave, all other essentials, private
terrace and are fully air conditioned. They have a private entrance to
the studio and another one out to the private terrace and pool deck.
They also have cable TV and stereo/radio/cd.
Separate laundry room which housekeeper
only uses (she will do personal laundry for a small fee), 15 X 40 foot
private pool, 100 ft. deck around pool, steps leading to the beach at
Burgeaux Bay, magnificent sunset views. BBQ grill on pool deck
* Our beach is called Burgeaux Bay.
There are just a few villas on this little beach. You can snorkel, fish
and swim to your heart's content. You can walk to Maho Beach or Mullet
Bay during the day.
* Close to other beaches, casinos, restaurants, golf, tennis and
watersport activities. Scuba diving is close by at the Ocean Explorer
Dive Shop. Snorkeling, fishing and an ocean swim are at your doorstep!

Terms & Payment
All rates quoted are in US Dollars per week, per studio and are based on
1 or 2 people in each studio. 15% tax and service charges are added to
all rates. Additional charge of $40.00 weekly for unlimited Internet
usage.
