La Casita is a delightful St. Maarten beachfront
villa located on the Dutch side of the island. It is directly on the
ocean and it is a short walk to a swimming beach. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay
and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches.
The beachfront villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a
mixture of rattan and eclectic accessories. There is a fully equipped
kitchen, a living room, a dining room which seats 6 to 8 people, and a
covered outdoor living/dining atrium.
The three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your sleeping comfort. You
have your own private 32 foot swimming pool next to the sea along with a
large private sun deck and lovely gardens.
