Our home faces onto Skaha Park and the sandy beaches of Skaha Lake. Within a few steps: marina, waterspray park, playground, roller blading, waterslides, ball diamond, tennis and volleyball courts.

We have a private, kid-friendly back yard with hot tub. There are three bathrooms, three standard sized bedrooms as well as a very large master bedroom. The house has a formal dining room, living room, family room and kid's room.

It's in a better location than any of the motels in town!

Fully equipped kitchen, standard laundry, 3 TVS including 42 " plasma high definition TV and home theatre, DVDs.

Outside

Kid friendly back yard with hot tub.

Surrounding Area

Within a few steps to Skaha Lake and park with marina, kid's water park, playground, ball diamond, tennis courts, roller blading and volleyball courts.

Close to Penticton for shopping, nightlife, restaurants, casino etc. The area also offers wine tours and wine tasting at the many local wineries.
