Sunroom Overlooking KVR towards Skaha Lake

Our beautiful Penticton Vacation Home has a great location just above the KVR (Kettle Valley Railway walking/biking trail) offering fabulous views of the city with glimpses of Okanagan and Skaha lakes. It is an easy walk to downtown Penticton with shops, Casino, movie theatres, Okanagan Lake, Ironman start and more. The KVR allows wonderful walks in either direction. To the north you will go along the lake with breathtaking scenery and to the south you will go past the creek and the school and end up in town.

Our home is the corner unit in a small quiet complex. We have a double garage for parking with easy access to the house. The townhouse has two levels with lovely open living space. Upstairs is a modern kitchen with all new appliances and tiled floor. The dining/living area has hardwood flooring and goes out onto an enclosed sunroom which brings the outdoors in all year round. The living room has a 47" LCD flat screen TV with high definition channels. The large leather sectional couch offers comfortable seating while you watch your favourite shows or movies.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with 4 piece ensuite bathroom. There is also a den and a second 1/2 bath upstairs.
Downstairs there is a large guest bedroom with queen size bed and large ensuite bathroom as well as a large recreation room with piano, TV, computer, books etc.

Newly renovated and fully furnished vacation home with tile and hardwood floors and new carpet in lower level. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dishes, cookware, cutlery, blender, juicer, coffee maker etc. Other amenities include washer/dryer, electric fireplace, 2 TVs (47" and 26"), VCR/DVD player, stereo, piano, free wireless internet, linens, towels etc.

Off Season Rate:
$2000/month for the six month period starting Nov 1/08

* Non-Smoking accommodation
* Sorry, but Ironman 08 is already rented.
* We require a minimum of one week in the summer months.
* For the winter rental we would prefer to lease it for the full 6 months.
