Okanagan Falls is a sleepy little town that is surrounded by majestic mountains and is home to the most scenic and secluded beach in all of the Okanagan. The historic KVR walking trail is just a short distance from the beach. Just 400 metres from the house is an extensive wilderness area that contains a number of walking and hiking trails.

The southern Okanagan area is the wine capital of Canada and Okanagan Falls is right in the centre of it. Within an easy driving distance of the house you will have access to over 40 wineries both large and small.

Beautiful, lush golf courses abound and within easy reach you will have access to more than 10 top-class courses.

Apex Mountain and Mt Baldy are major ski area's and are only a 30 minute drive from the premises.

The Okanagan Falls area has many significant Native cultural sights. If you would like a guided tour to some of these sights this can be arranged with a local Native host and guide.

The holiday apartment can either be entered through a front or side door which leads into the combined lounge/dining area which has a TV, DVD/CD player as well as the dining setting. The couch folds out to a double bed. A self contained kitchen, with stove, large refrigerator and microwave. There is also a 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery.

A short hallway leads past the bathroom with a powerful showerhead set over a large tub. Adjacent to the bathroom is a compact laundry room with washer and dryer.

The bedroom is large and contains a double bed, dresser, large built-in wardrobe and ample storage space.

All linens and towels are supplied

There is also a self-inflatable mattress in the flat that comfortably supports two adults.

The flat can comfortably fit four adults and perhaps five or more using the blow up mattress.

At the front of the flat is a deck area with seating so you can sit back and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and allow you to witness the spectacular Okanagan sunsets whilst sipping on a local wine.

The apartment is only a 15 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive to beautiful Skaha Lake which is the finishing point of the Canadian Ironman swim leg.
