Come and enjoy the Spirit of Okanagan in the beautiful wine-growing capital of Canada. We offer a fully-furnished and equipped 2700 square foot, 3 bedroom home which has a fully self-contained flat downstairs.

The house can easily accommodate up to 12 people by the use of beds, futons and couches and blow up mattresses.

The Spirit of Okanagan consists of a master bedroom with ensuite as well as two other bedrooms with access to a separate bathroom on the top floor. It contains a kitchen with eating nook with views across to the mountains, dining room and TV room ample family space. Three of these top floor room lead directly onto the large deck.

Downstairs you will find a fully self-contained flat that leads to an entertainment area with TV, DVD and table tennis table. Within this area you will also find an elliptical and basic exercise equipment.

A large deck with a BBQ will afford you a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and allow you to witness the spectacular Okanagan sunsets whilst sipping on a local wine.

Out the back of the house a set of stairs lead to an intimate viewing nook that has a breathtaking view over the township and Skaha Lake. Sit, relax and take in the magnificent vista as you watch the sun go down.

There are no fences around the property. There is ample off street parking for cars, boats or an RV. Pet stay may be considered.

The Spirit of Okanagan is our family home of which we share during vacation/seasonal periods.
