We Welcome you to Above the Beach Bed and Breakfast, one of Penticton's finest Bed and Breakfast homes, with magnificent views of the lake and surrounding valley.

Situated on over an acre of land, the Above the Beach Bed and Breakfast is an ideal place to come and unwind after a long work week or for a long awaited getaway. During your stay you can feel free to browse through the many fruit trees and pick the fruit in season.

Accommodations include three luxurious suites as described below.

The Emerald Suite (sleeps 4) has 600 sq. ft. of living space and is fully equipped with a sectional couch (hide a bed), along with a table and chairs. There is also a stove/sink unit as well as a sumptuous 150 sq. ft. full private bath with twin Jacuzzi. The view from the Jacuzzi is unbelievable. Just outside your room is an attached 320 sq. ft. private balcony of your own and our spectacular fish pond.

The Ruby Suite (sleeps 4) with a queen size bed and hide-a-bed. There is also a Jacuzzi and a shower in your own private bathroom.

The Sapphire Room (sleeps 2) in a very comfortable queen size bed. It has a private bathroom and a soaker tub.

Breakfast is served upstairs and the spacious living room is also available for the use of our guests. You can also book our accommodations and or dining room and grounds for weddings or other special events.

As Penticton BC is located in the heart of Wine Country, there are over 40 wineries within a one hour drive. We are also less than five minutes from both beautiful Skaha Lake and world renowned Skaha Rock Climbing Bluffs, not to mention shopping malls, many different walking paths and hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, inline skating rinks, baseball fields and other sports fields.
