This property is located 10 minutes walk to either town or beach and the Ironman Canada race start.

The two large wrap around porches offer spectacular views of the downtown areas plus views of both Skaha and Okanagan Lakes.

The house contains a large modern kitchen, original dining and living rooms and two modern, fully equipped bathrooms.

Upstairs there is a modern master bedroom with a king sized bed, a small bedroom with queen sized bed and a hide a bed. Downstairs is the original master bedroom with a queen sized bed.
An extra bed, (for an eighth person), can be made available in the TV room on the main floor.

$2500/per week
Minimum one week rental required

Refundable $500.00 damage deposit. Your $500.00 deposit to be paid by cheque 60 days in advance of your visit. The remainder to be paid 30 days in advance of your visit. Cancellations within 60 days of the visit will result in loss of half of your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of your visit will result in loss of the entire deposit.
