Our beautiful family/vacation home is in a great location for Ironman Subaru
Aug 30, 2010. Only five minutes from the race, it is situated on West Bench
overlooking Okanagan Lake and the city. It has a large, private,
beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood.
The house has two levels. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with
stainless steel appliances and cork flooring. Adjoining the kitchen is a
den with a 42" flat TV screen and blue ray DVD player. There is also a
separate office with internet service. The dining/living room has
hardwood floors and large picture windows with lake and city views. The
master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is newly renovated
with a soaker tub.
Downstairs has an outdoor entrance. There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2
twins) and a double sink bathroom with a shower. There is also a TV room
with a 32"screen TV, DVD player and Wii system. Finally, there is a
large recreation room with adjoining, standard, laundry facilities.
