Beautiful character family home centrally located in
the heart of Penticton, in the South Okanagan of British Columbia. A
perfect set up for a younger family, lots of activities for the kids! A
three story fully renovated 1950's home with over 3000 sq. ft. of indoor
space.
Extensive renovations on the main floor were completed in the Fall of
2005. The outdoor living space has been recently remodeled and boasts an
outdoor kitchen, hot tub, in ground trampoline, and swing-set, leaving
lots of green space for relaxing in the sun.
The home is lived in all year around by the owners, but is available for
rental at certain times throughout the year, mostly during the summer
months.

Very close to shops and restaurants
and only steps from Main Street, although you would not know you
were this close to the center of town! Area activities include
beaches and water sports, biking or walking on the local Kettle
Valley walking trail, wine tours at the many local wineries, skiing
and more. We have it all!
