Rates are based on two, however unit
sleep 6. Base rate is $170 per night on weekends, and $100. per night on
school nights, holidays and special events could be higher.
Rates increase by $5 per person per night over the base of two. This
rate includes all taxes. The unit will be cleaned just prior to your
arrival, and we hope you will leave it clean for us.
