Private luxury lakefront retreat. Set back thirty feet from the west shore of Skaha Lake "Kaleden Beach House" offers a total summer waterfront experience.

Sixty feet of warm private sandy beach, a 20 foot dock and an enclosed private courtyard make this the perfect vacation spot for your group.

Three bedrooms (queen size beds) and three full bathrooms in the main home and a bunk-house with one bedroom (two singles or one king bed)

The home has full air conditioning and the bunk house stays cool with window mounted air-conditioning.

Damage Deposit Required
Cleaning for summer weekly rentals included but open damage deposit taken for major damages.

Available October to May on monthly rental basis for appropriate group (perhaps building a home or considering retiring away from the snow or the big cities). Price $1700 plus utilities.
