Accommodations: Studio Suite (54" Murphy Bed and Pull Out Sofa) (sleeps 2 - 4)

Our newly redecorated studio suite vacation rental in our private home overlooks Skaha Lake in Kaleden, British Columbia near Penticton. The studio suite has a fully equipped kitchen, bed sitting room with 54" Murphy bed as well as a pull out couch, so the unit can accommodate 4 people.

The unit has a private entrance, parking and an outdoor sitting area with gas BBQ.

Small store, post office, hairdresser and nail tech available locally. We are close to sandy beaches, boat launch, KVR walking trail for walking and biking, wineries, golf course and 4 fitness centres. The city of Penticton is 15 minutes away and the village of Okanagan Falls with restaurants, groceries, laundry, dry-cleaning, ice cream/gift shop is a 10 minute drive.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, cookware etc. TV, VCR, DVD, fireplace (winter only), all linens and towels included, air conditioning.
* No smoking. No pets. No wheelchair access.
* Housekeeping prior to arrival and on departure.

Surrounding Area and Activities

* 15 minutes to Penticton and airport - shopping, casino, groceries, restaurants, beaches, laundry, golfing, waterslide, paintball, go carts etc.
* 10 minutes to Okanagan Falls - restaurants, beach, groceries, laundry, dry-cleaning, ice cream/gift shop etc.
* 30 minutes to Oliver - 1 hour to Osoyoos and US border
* 1 hour to Kelowna and Kelowna airport
* 5 hours to Vancouver

Area activities include fishing, boating, water sports, horseback riding, skiing, tennis, snowmobiling. Close to sandy beaches, boat launch, KVR (Canada Trail) for walking and biking. Twin Lakes and St. Andrews golf courses are 20 minutes away. There are many wineries throughout the Okanagan Valley offering wine tours, tasting, restaurants, etc. Ski resorts are close: Apex (3/4 hr.), Mount Baldy ( 1 hour), Big White (1 1/2 hours). Owners belong to a snowmobiling club and will be happy to introduce you to activities from Nov to March (depending on snow).
