Tucked into a private and established neighborhood, this Skaha Lake View gem is fully furnished and available year round.
Located 15 minutes south of Penticton it offers solitude and
stunning lake views while still within close distance to Penticton city,
the village of Okanagan Falls, world
class wineries, golf, hiking and Ironman.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with sliding doors to the upper
deck. It also has a flatscreen TV.
The downstairs bedroom contains two single beds with access to second
bathroom/shower and laundry.
Flat screen TV in family room, DVD, Foos-Ball, desk and opens
onto the lower deck and yard.
We have a/c for the hot Okanagan summers and a wood burning stove for
those cool evenings in the fall and winter.
This is not a party house but a retreat to relax and recharge.
No pets; No smoking; No Maid Service.
