Three ceiling fans, several lamps, strong water pressure, good heating, but cool in summer on hardwood floors.

Ample closet space and shelves. Full kitchen with digital stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Cable tv. Washer/Dryer. Bed with double foam mattress, lots of pillows, bedding, extra blanket. Clean, sterilized. Security: double doors at both entrances and motion sensor lights.

Outside

Yard has flower, vegetable, berry, and fruit gardens, hedges, trees, fire pit, lounge chairs and environmentally-conscious maintenance.

Surrounding Area

Located near Edmonton Trail and 20 Ave NE, five minutes from downtown, eight minutes from Stampede Grounds, and ten minutes from the airport. Owner next door.
Bus stop five houses away. Well established neighbourhood. Walk to grocery and many other stores, banks and restaurants. Close to 16 Ave, Centre Street and Deerfoot Trail.
