Located a short 30 minute drive from Penticton, BC, Apex Mountain Ski Resort is a full service destination resort. Located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, Apex features the perfect mix between large amounts of precipitation and low humidity that makes for the lightest champagne powder snow imaginable. With an average temperature of -4º C, Apex receives about 600 cm of dry "Okanagan" powder each season.

Apex ski hill has a vertical drop of 2000 ft. with a terrain mix of 16/5 novice, 48% intermediate, and 36% advanced/expert. The hill offers 67 trails and 4 lifts and has an average snowfall of 600 cm (19ft). Special amenities include 2 Terrain Parks, New 17 ft in-ground Super-pipe, World Cup Aerial Site, New World Cup Mogul Course, Night Skiing, Lift Accessed Tube Park, Outdoor Regulation Size Hockey/Skating Rink, 1 km Adventure Ice Skating Loop (maintained and lit).

Apex Mountain Resort Vacation Rentals include ski cabins, condos and homes rentals for all seasons.  Apex Mountain Resort attracts both summer and winter visitors who like to participate in the winter sports of skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and skating, or summer hiking on the many trails.  New Summer of 06 there is also a mountain bike park accessible by a chair lift for all types of mountain biking as well as hiking.
